Yoga By the Bay (Day 5)

Have I ever mentioned to y'all that I love yoga? I'm not very good at it {(when I go, the teacher always has to adjust my stance, always)} but I love the challenge and I love the way it strengthens my core and tones my muscles. It also gives my brain a fantastic excuse to just be still. So, I really love that we offer it at camp! And what better way to practice than by the bay, with a cool morning breeze coming off the water?
