The Best of Both Worlds

Just like the winter,  spring is filled with holidays that I celebrate with both sides of my family. This year, the beginning of Passover and Easter fell on the same weekend. Though I only participate in religious celebrations for Passover, my mom's family comes over for Easter and we eat a big meal and trade chocolate.

I thought I'd share some pictures from both the Seder at my friend Lena's house {BIG Seder!} and Easter dinner at mine. It's always nice to be included in every aspect of holidays, don't you think?

From the seder:

{Kosher for Passover cake, Matzo Toffee, Macarons}

{The Seder table with Matzo, the Seder plate(s), Elijah's cup, and Haggadot}
And from Easter dinner:

{Easter basket! Yay chocolate!}

{Turkey, mashed potatoes, peas, stuffing and gravy. YUM}
 What kinds of holidays do you celebrate in the spring?

  1. Easter lunch was a big one with out family! And it was SOO good. We had ham, potatoes, green beans, broccoli casserole and so many desserts. It was heaven!

    Looks like you and your family had a great Easter and Passover holiday!

  2. I don't care what religion, if there's a table full of food, I want to be involved! :-)
