Road Trip Recap!

I went on a road trip a few weeks ago. I wasn't all that excited at the beginning. I didn't really want to go; I generally prefer flying. But, I had a job interview in Virginia, and with such short notice and the interview scheduled for right after Thanksgiving, there wasn't a decent fare to be had.

And, you know what? It was kind of awesome. I drove for 4 days, learned a lot, and realized a whole lot of things about myself. I didn't get the job, but that's OK. The right opportunity will come along when the time is right, and I really enjoyed the journey.

Here's what I did:

Interviewed at a beautiful camp.

Drove. Alot.

Saw some gorgeous sunsets.

Ate at Cracker Barrel {how could I not?}.

Crossed the Mighty Mississippi.

And I'd do it again. Anyone want a visitor?
