I don't remember where it came from (maybe further south in VA?), but a good resource to try might be a Texas society of some kind. The National Capitol A&M Club sells Blue Bell as a fundraiser for their scholarship fund. I dunno if you're of the Aggie persuasion, but I'd bet the Texas Exes, or the Texas State Society up there would also know or have a similar fundraiser.
