Things to Cook for next semester

At the moment I am laden with leftovers from the holidays. However, when that's done, I'm itching to use my new kitchen equipment and try out some new recipes! In no order, here is what I hope to make over the course of the next semester:

1. Spinach and artichoke pasta
2. Irish Carbomb Cupcakes
3. Sausage stuffed mushrooms
4. Slow-cooker baked potato and cauliflower soup
5. Spaghetti Squash with Pesto or Marinara
6. Slow-cooker chicken and eggplant parmigiana
7. Cheddar stuffed crusty loaves
8. Slow-cooker chili
9. Slow-cooker brined pork chops
10. Baked Macaroni (this is a family favorite, but I get such good reviews that I figured I'd post the recipe here).
11. Butternut squash mac n' cheese
12.  Cheddar Cheese soup
13. Preztel bread sticks
14. Dan Savage's cookies  (note that Dan Savage is a sex advice columnist...so be aware of that if you click this link; the cookies are normal cookies, but is in the middle of a column).
15. Brie en Croute

Yum!

  1. Can I come over? You had me at Irish Carbomb Cupcakes, but all the rest of it sounds so good too. Mmm!
